Download the NHS App to access a range of NHS services online. Stay connected to your healthcare!

St Nicolas Medical Centre and Station Street Surgery patients can now download the NHS App or go to the NHS website to login to use NHS services online.

What you Can Do with the NHS App:

Order Repeat Prescriptions: You can ask for your repeat medication without contacting or visiting your surgery.

See Your Medical Record: Check your medical history and test results.

Find Health Services: Look for nearby NHS services that you might need.

See Letters and Test Results: See important information from hospitals.

Secure Messaging: Communicate securely with your GP practice.

How to Register for the NHS App:

  • Getting started with the NHS App is easy! Just follow these steps:
  • Download the App: Visit the App Store or Google Play Store and search for “NHS App”. Download and install the app on your smartphone or tablet.

  • Open the App: Launch the NHS App and choose to register.

  • Enter Your Information: Fill in your name, date of birth, and postcode. You’ll also need to give an email address and mobile number.
     
    Verify Who You Are: Follow the instructions to prove who you are. You might need to answer some questions.
     
    Connect to Your GP Surgery: Once your identity is verified, both Station Street Surgery and St Nicolas Medical Centre patients are to use the practice ID M84612 to connect.

  • Finish Registration: Once you link to your surgery, you’ll get a confirmation, and your NHS App will be ready to use!

Important: You need photo ID to register yourself for the NHS App. If you don’t have photo ID, please visit the practice to get a linkage code to help you register. More information on registration is here: Registration Details.

Digital Support Drop-in Sessions

We are excited to announce new weekly drop-in sessions called Connect & Learn! These sessions start on Thursday, November 21st, from 10:45 AM to 12:15 PM at the Christian Fellowship Centre, CV11 6LT. Everyone is welcome! You can learn computer skills and how to use the internet safely. The Connect & Learn team will help you set up and access all NHS online services.
