The pharmacists are available to deal with a multitude of minor ailment/acute illness conditions.

Medications reviews will be routinely processed with a Clinical Pharmacist they work closely with the Doctors in this surgery.

If you have been discharged from hospital you may receive a call from the Clinical Pharmacist to discuss any changes to your current medication that you take.
