Welcome to Station Street Surgery

UPDATE 20TH SEPT COVID-19 IMMUNISATION INFORMATION

The government has announced that all children aged 12 to 15 in England will be offered one dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech Covid-19 vaccine. Invitations for the vaccine are expected to begin next week (20-26 September). The vaccination programme for this age group will be delivered through schools, not via GP practices. Parents and guardians of those eligible will be contacted when it’s their turn to get the vaccine.

Covid-19 booster jabs are expected to be offered to eligible groups in the coming weeks.   The booster jab should be given at least six months after your second dose of the vaccine. The NHS will contact you when it is your turn to get the booster vaccine, so please don’t contact the NHS. If you are invited, it is vital you attend so that you have the best possible protection.

against Covid-19. You will need to make this booking through 119. Follow the information on your SMS or your letter from NHSE. Your GP Surgery is not administering any Covid boosters.

UPDATE 8TH SEPT

Due to haulage issues with the flu deliveries for general Practice we will be suspending booking for a short while as we currently do not know when we will receive our flu vaccinations. If you already have a vaccine booked with us please be aware we may cancel your appointment at short notice and offer you a new date

This is frustrating for us all but until we have vaccines in the practice we will not be able to book patients in.

UPDATE 9TH June 2021

  • If you still haven't booked your Covid vaccination you will now need to  book your vaccines through the central booking service 119.
