Repeat Prescriptions
These are obtainable after your doctor has arranged them. On receiving your first prescription you will find an attached list of all the items you have on the repeat system.

If you currently are unable to use digital services we clearly understand, please drop of your repeat slip from your Pharmacist were you collect your medication and tick the items you require and we will reorder for you.
We require 72 hours notice in order to prepare your prescription.
We do not accept repeat prescription requests over the telephone at the Surgery.
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner, practice nurse or Clinical Pharmacist, at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Your local pharmacists can also answer any questions about your prescription. They can answer questions on medicines you can buy without a prescription.
